Our Fees

By combining the latest in technology such as on-site equipment and powerful off-site computers, we are able to efficiently perform our services, with no hidden charges. We strive to exceed our clients' expectations on the quality of our work and aim to be transparent during all stages.

Each project we undertake is as unique as the client appointing us, there are no fixed prices, however with our experience we are able to provide approximate estimates upon request. From the outset, we have veered away from fixed prices for services, as this inevitably impacts true value and prefer to base work on an hourly or day rate. We keep our business running costs low, allowing us to stay competitive by passing these savings on to our clients. All external services/products that are purchased for a project, are passed onto the client 'at cost' - if a mapping data purchase is £50.00, the client pays £50.00 and no more.

Our accepted methods of payment include:

• Bank Transfer also known as BACS (From UK Registered Banks only)
• Credit and Debit Cards (Including AMEX)
• Cash
• Cheque
• Bankers Draft

The Bank Details are only disclosed on invoices. We strongly recommend not sending payments while abroad, unless an appropriate VPN (Virtual Private Network) is actively used on your device.
